convenient location friendly staff comfortable room traffic noise lacking slippers filthy kettle

The location is very convenient. It is just a short walk to the central station. The staff were very polite and friendly (especially at check-in). The room itself was comfortable.

Our room faced the street. I found the noise from traffic to be quite loud. The hotel lacked slippers. The kettle in the room was also filthy and stinky (I almost didn't use it).

The room featured a large desk. It also included two separate sinks in the bathroom. A rainfall shower was a great addition to the bathroom (I think I spent there 30 minutes!).

The gym only has two stationary bikes.

stale smoke mould issue

The location was quite convenient for accessing public transport.

The room smelled of stale smoke, unpleasant. I also noticed some mould in the bathroom, a big disappointment. The products in the shower looked quite old, i felt let down.

great stay near central

early check-in central station breakfast variety

the staff arranged an early check-in for me this helped me to start my day earlier the location is very close to central station i found this very convenient the buffet breakfast was very good it included a wide choice variety.

i noticed some noise early in the morning sounds like housekeeping was working to fix door fobs it was a little disruptive.

the pool is lovely and very clean the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes available for guest use there are twenty loungers near the pool area allowing many guests to relax.

simple travel helpful staff

I found the location very close to the station. This made travel simple. The staff was helpful. They assisted with directions and information.

The hotel's gym equipment showed some wear.
